All photos on this site showcase our actual work. Please note that due to the custom and handmade nature of our baked goods, final results may vary slightly in color, design, or decoration. 

Allergen Disclaimer 

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. While we take precautions to minimize risks, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. 

Custom Orders Disclaimer 

All of our products are handmade and customized. Final designs may vary slightly from reference photos due to the nature of our decorating process. We always do our best to deliver your vision beautifully! 

Order & Pickup Policy 

Orders are made to order and require advance notice. Pickup times will be arranged when your order is confirmed. If you miss your pickup window, we may not be able to reschedule. Unclaimed items will not be refunded. 

Cottage Food Law Compliance 

Live Free and Pie operates under the New Hampshire Cottage Food Laws. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected or certified by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

Health & Dietary Claims 

We do not make medical or dietary claims. Even if labeled "gluten-free" or "sugar-free," our products are not made in an allergen-free kitchen. Always consult a healthcare provider for dietary advice.
